  • Part – Time Setup Crew/Custodian

    Crosspoint is in need of workers who can setup and teardown tables and chairs each week. Primarily this work will take place once on Sunday and others days during the week depending upon the need. Typically, this will require 3-5 hours each week with the potential of more hours as workers are available.

    Custodial duties typically are 4-5 hours per week with some flexibility in days worked.

    Pay is $15 per hour.

     The church will pay crew members per job according to a simple scale (e.g. 1 -2 hour Auditorium setup – $40, 180 setup – $35, etc.).

    Generation LINK Resident

    The Generation LINK Residency is an intense yearlong residency program in the local church designed to develop men and women as life-long disciple makers. Generation LINK residents gain diverse ministry experience, valuable leadership opportunities, rigorous theological training, and intentional discipleship, all within the context of rich gospel community.

    Generation LINK residents have immediate and significant ministry outlets to exercise what they are learning, while under the oversight of godly leadership. This allows residents to develop and work out their theology in a safe, yet challenging, context.

    Our Residency even offers options for participants to earn a Master of Arts or a Master of Divinity degree from one of our partnering seminaries, whether through Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, or another excellent institution.

    Residents serving with Kids Ministry will come alongside the elders and Kids Minister to accomplish our mission of Partnering with families to make disciples of the next generation. Residents will gain valuable experience working with children, volunteers, and parents. They will be entrusted with overseeing or supporting the ministry areas within Kids Ministry (Nursery, Kids Worship, Kids Connection, or Image Bearers) and grow in their communication and leadership skills.

    The goal of a GLINK Resident in Student Ministry is to work alongside the Student Minister to help implement the strategy and mission of Crosspoint by reaching the campuses for Christ and making disciples of all nations.  Residents serving within Student Ministry will have the opportunity to lead out and be further developed in: 

    •  Help implement and provide leadership and direction for Student Ministry goals,

    • Meet with, disciple, and evangelize to students; have weekly contact with students and their families (discipleship, meals, sports, etc.)

    • Help plan, coordinate, and execute student events (Sunday night gathering (180), socials, and retreats.

    •  Engage with students from both on stage and behind the scenes.

    • Follow up with students and help assimilate within Crosspoint Church (membership, family assimilation, baptism, etc.)

    •  Identify and equip future leaders to serve (both students and volunteers)

    Residents serving within Small Groups will provide both administrative and strategic support for small group strategy, help coordinate the Discovering Crosspoint, and manage visitor follow-up. Residents also assist in local missions, where they act as a liaison to mission partners, mobilize small groups for mission involvement, and coordinate local mission efforts.

    Small Groups

    • Provide administrative and strategic support for small groups, including managing attendance, room reservations, leader training, publicity, and resource development. 

    • Coordinate Discovering Crosspoint, overseeing hospitality and materials.

    • Maintain visitor records and follow-up of Connect Cards.

    Local Missions

    • Act as liaison to local mission partners, assessing their needs and support strategies. 

    • Facilitate involvement of small groups in local, national, and international missions, coordinating efforts across ministries.
